Responsibilities of this role:
* Lead, develop, coach and mentor employees located in the Americas.
* Manage escalations driving timely resolution of issues focusing on delivering highest level of service and ensuring expectations are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
* Ensure that all client issues are resolved in a timely manner in compliance with our Service Level Objectives
* Partner and build strong relationships with clients.
* Conduct client satisfaction survey follow-ups and implement new processes as needed to increase client satisfaction.
* Participate and schedule 24 x 7 global coverage for team.
