IBM Bluemix is seeking a Client Support Representative with proven client support skills. This role specializes in completing the back office work to provision and invoice clients for the Bluemix product on the IBM cloud and uses technical skills to resolve client issues and improve the support process. The candidate will work with clients, both internal and external, on issues related to billing, registration, invoicing, and account maintenance issues. Responsibilities of position:
1) Resolve client reported issues as it relates to the Bluemix platform and its services.
2) Communicate the latest status to clients via email, ticketing and phone.
3. Provision orders.
3) Collaborate with development tribes on unresolved issues.
4) Review and create reusable support content.
